Player
- Merge Server into Player, having one Player per process
- Merge Client into Player, adding Player::Connect( player_uuid )
- Send CONNECT message after connecting, build tunnel if not local

- Queue responses for async processing rather than the single response slot in place
- Add shared memory extension for local connections via fd passing

Dispatch
- Use async communication, no direct response, but async requests in return
- Add context management for association of requests and async return requests

- Use lio_listio, aio_suspend...

Protocol
- Add version number in front of args for future extension
